ACCA TECHNICIAN REGISTER
Students would become qualified as an Accounting Technician after completion of the nine papers spread over three levels and obtaining one (1) year practical experience.

Entry Requirements

The minimum entry requirements are two A levels and three GCSEs in five separate subjects, including English and Maths, or equivalent.

For students with CAPE, you must complete year two and have at least six units in total (Grades 1 to 4) in order to be accepted as an ACCA student.

Individuals over 21 years who do not meet the minimum entry requirements may register through the Mature Student Entry Route (MSER).

This is designed for students who have the maturity and skills to deal with the ACCA Qualification instead of first undertaking the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification.

MSER students must pass the equivalent of Paper F2, Management Accounting and Paper F3, Financial Accounting within two years of registering.

No exemptions are available from Professional level exams. Relevant degree holders from ACCA-accredited institutions may be awarded exemptions for up to all nine exams within the Fundamentals level and register directly at the Professional level.

CAT passed finalists will be awarded exemptions from the Knowledge module - Paper F1, Accountant in Business, Paper F2, Management Accounting, and Paper F3, Financial Accounting.
